Cocktail Making Classes
Our cocktail making classes run for 2 hours, with exclusive use of The Woolshed and you will learn from one of our very experienced bartenders how to make two of our delicious cocktails - and then you get to drink them!

Charcuterie Tables
Our Charcuterie Platters offer a simple and convenient catering option for your guests to graze on during your function. You will enjoy an elegant display and a vast selection of meats, cheese, house pickled veggies, olives, pate & artesian breads. Choose from three different sizes to cater for groups from 10 - 50+. Gluten Free tables are available on request.

Terms & Conditions
Booking/Event Confirmation
Upon confirmation of the event, 10% of the agreed minimum spend will be charged as a deposit. In the event of a group booking of 10+ ppl, we take a $100 deposit.
The remaining balance as well as payment for any additional food or beverage is to be paid by the completion of the event.
Food & Beverage choices are to be confirmed at the latest 5 days prior to the event with a confirmation of final numbers within 48hrs of the event.
Booking/Event Cancellation
For exclusive functions we require

14 days’ notice be given to refund the deposit paid

Less than 14 days’ notice to receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid

Less than 7 days’ notice and Donny’s bar retains the deposit in full

Less than 24hrs notice and we require 50% of the agreed minimum spend be paid.
For non exclusive group bookings we require a minimum of a 48hr cancellation notice, or the deposit will be forfeit.
Conduct of Event
The client shall conduct the event in an orderly manner compliant with the rules of the venue and in accordance with all applicable laws. The client if liable for the actions of their invitee’s and any damages or losses incurred. Any costs will be invoiced directly.
Decorations of the space are welcomed during the exclusive hire period, yet must be removed in full for when the space is open to the public next.
Donny’s Bar does not allow confetti or glitter to be used during the event.
Venues Right
Donny’s Bar does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client’s guests or invites. Donny’s Bar reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable persons form the event or the venue premises without liability.
Donny’s bar will hold a table for 15mins and a reserved area for 30mins on weekends before we reserve the right to give the area away.
Minors
Donny’s Bar does not have a minors authorisation and therefore does not legally allow any minors on the licensed premises at any point in time.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Donny’s Bar management and employees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act of New South Wales.
